“When our facility went through a $3.14 million renovation last season, we knew that we could rely on Murphy Lighting to provide us with a quality lighting system that would fulfill our needs and keep within our budget. The staff at Murphy Lighting is fantastic to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. There were able to answer any questions we had and provide us with excellent training on the equipment that we purchased. During one performance last season, we had an electrical grounding problem in the building that caused the entire lighting system to start flickering, and forced us to hold the show. This was at about 8:30 PM, which is after hours for most companies. I made one phone call to their emergency line, and within fifteen minutes, three service technicians were onsite to solve the problem. Within twenty minutes they had us up and running, which allowed us to finish our performance. The also provided us with enough information to go back to the electrical contractor, and have the problem fixed. As we go into our 15th season, with seven productions, it is important that we have a company like Murphy Lighting that we can rely on for not only quality lighting equipment and supplies, but also a company that will be there when we need service.”
