Ashleigh-Dawn Kriegh-Fleming

Ashleigh-Dawn joined Murphy Lighting Systems in 2024, where she coordinates with customers and manufacturers, while also working in operations and logistics for projects. Her career in lighting and production spans both creative and technical sides of the industry. Before joining MLS, she worked as a professional stage manager for opera, musicals, and children’s theatre, and taught technical theatre at the high school and college levels. She also worked with Heartland Scenic Studio and Barbizon Lighting and served as a sponsor and adjudicator for Thespian festivals across Nebraska and Florida.

Ashleigh-Dawn holds a BA in Performance Arts Studies from the University of West Florida and an MFA in Theatrical Design and Technology, with a focus in Stage Management, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She loves seeing how the team’s work directly impacts people’s experiences and takes great pride in being part of the effort to bring Universal’s Epic Universe to life—an experience she describes as both collaborative and truly epic.

Outside of work, Ashleigh-Dawn enjoys visiting theme parks, exploring new foods and drinks, relaxing by the water, and spending quality time with friends and family.
