Cindy joined Murphy Lighting Systems in March 2018 and serves as Controller, overseeing the financial health, integrity, and day-to-day finance operations of the company. With over 40 years of continuous experience in construction accounting, she brings exceptional knowledge, organization, and consistency to her role—ensuring MLS runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Throughout her career, Cindy has built a reputation for her tenacity, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence. What she enjoys most about working at Murphy Lighting Systems is the people—she believes they’re the heart and soul of every project the company takes on. Her steady leadership and passion for her work help keep the MLS team strong and focused.

Outside of work, Cindy treasures her family and faith above all else. She’s been married for 45 years to the love of her life and takes great joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren.
