Jessica Sierra

Jessica joined Murphy Lighting Systems in 2024 as a Administrative Coordinator. In her role, she supports the Director by organizing tasks, tracking project purchases, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all resources are in place to keep projects moving forward. She also coordinates closely with manufacturers and vendors to define project requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help keep each project running smoothly from start to finish.

Before joining MLS, Jessica worked as a Project Administrator for The Morganti Group in West Palm Beach, FL, and KHS&S Contractors in Pompano Beach, FL. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, she brings a strong background in project support, documentation, and team coordination to every endeavor.

Jessica’s favorite part of working at MLS is knowing that her efforts make a meaningful impact—helping each project develop successfully and contributing to the company’s larger goals. Known for her ability to plan and execute efficiently in fast-paced environments, she is a skilled multitasker with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, especially creating special memories with her daughter. She loves baking, cooking, and wine tasting, and finds joy in traveling to new places to experience different cultures and cuisines.
